Northern Natural makes some of the best organic apple cider using several varieties of Manistee and Leelanau County certified organic heirloom apples. The cider is pressed at Northern Natural’s modern processing plant in Kaleva, MI. They use state of the art pasteurization technology to capture the crisp apple flavor of Northern Michigan apples with zero artificial preservatives. This years cider is made from a mix of McIntosh, Graham Spy and Jonagold apples, but the mixture typically changes as different varieties are harvested during the season.
