Dark Roast -- roast is finished just before oil appears. Very smooth with a rich acidity, chocolate pear, toffee, full body and complex aroma.
Farm Facts: This coffee is a Grade 3 from the Bedessa direct of Harrar, in the Harari People's National Regional State (HPNRS). This coffee was cultivated by the Chercher Oda Bultum Farmers Cooperative Union (COBFCU). The co-op was established in 2005 and has nearly 15,000 members, 5,000 of which are female. They cultivate 4000 hectares loamy fertile soil.
