Description
The Apsey family raises Black Angus on wide open pasture year round. Black Angus Beef is known for it's finely marbled meat, which means that the fat is dispresed evenly against the actual cut of meat. This marbling trait of Angus creates a more tender, juicy, and flavorful meat than other breeds.
The farm has been in Cedar Township, north of Reed City in Osceola County, for over 4 generations now. Apsey Farm is 100% Grass Fed and a Certified Michigan Centennial Farm.
All meat is delivered frozen.
