Ed & Melanie Zimba raise Certified Organic grassfed cattle in Deford, MI. They transitioned their farm from conventional to organic in the 90's as they learned about the impact of soil health on the health of their cattle and customers. They are certified organic through the AGA (American Grassfed Association).
