How much is a Doorganics box?

Our boxes start at $40. If you need more food, you can add items to your delivery or contact us at 888-387-1187.

 

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is always free. Tipping your driver is encouraged, but never required.

 

How do I pay?

During the signup process, our system will ask for a credit/debit card. Your card will be charged on the day of each delivery.

 

What do I do with my delivery bin/boxes/bags after I'm done using them?

We’re dedicated to our community, and we strive to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Please set out all empty packaging materials the morning of each delivery, and we’ll provide you with a new bin/box/bag for your next delivery. The replacement cost for lost or damaged bins is $25 each. There is no replacement cost for our recyclable boxes and bags, but returning them helps keep the cost of your Doorganics box as affordable as possible.

 

I don't need weekly delivery, what other options are there?

Doorganics offers both weekly and bi-weekly deliveries based on your preferences, but you have full control of your schedule. We allow you to customize your delivery schedule up to 90 days in advance, and there are no commitments, so you may cancel anytime.

Can I order a one-time delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer single deliveries at this time. However, there are no membership commitments. If you start a Doorganics account and don’t absolutely love it, you may cancel at anytime.

 

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

Not at all. When the weather requires it, we pack your order with ice packs to keep it fresh. At checkout, tell us where to leave your delivery (front door, side entrance, etc.) in the delivery instructions. We recommend choosing a spot that’s out of sight, under cover, and not in direct sunlight.

Is your product organic?

We deliver "Certified Organic" or "Local and Chemical Free” produce. At a minimum, all of our local producers practice sustainable farming, which means no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used on your food. What if I'm not satisified with my Doorganics box? What's your return policy?

If you don’t love an item in your delivery, we’ll always make it right. If your produce arrives expired or an item doesn’t meet your grocery shopping standards, send us an email or call us at 888-387-1187 within two days of unpacking your delivery. You’ll receive a credit to your account or a full refund.
