This spicy IPA mustard is enhanced by the hoppy flavor of New Holland brews, MadHatter – Midwest IPA. This India Pale Ale, handcrafted in Holland, MI, showcases bright citrus and delightful bitterness punctuated by Centennial, Citra and Michigan-grown Cascade hops.
Versatile mustard that is good for dipping, drizzling and spreading. We recommend using it as a rub for grilled meats. Simply slather on any meat, season with salt and pepper, and grill. Mix into mashed potatoes, salad dressings or melt a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of this mustard and drizzle over vegetables.
